Slovak CAF Users Database

Since the launch of the CAF in 2000, this quality management system for the public sector has continued to evolve. The latest update was made in 2020, which brought us its fifth version. The number of CAF users has been increasing as well over these past few years and currently around 4,100 organisations use the CAF all over Europe. With the intention of monitoring and motivating these organizations, the CAF Users Database was created.

European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) hosts the European database of CAF users, while Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing hosts the Slovak database of CAF users. Primary goal of this database is to store basic information about Slovak CAF users in one place as well as to make it convenient and efficient for anyone who is interested to retrieve information about all organizations that have gone through self-assessment with CAF.

Thanks to the database, any organization interested in CAF implementation is able to connect with an organization working in similar field which has already experienced CAF self-assessment. Similarly, CAF users are able to search for new partners and use benchlearning alebo benchmarking as mutually beneficial learning process.

The database allows users to search for data using multiple criteria such as type of organization, sector, number of employees or year when self-assessment was conducted. Moreover, it allows users to find organizations awarded with ECU label as well as to find out overall number of CAF users in Slovakia.

The Slovak CAF Users Database is primarily made for our national CAF users and interested parties, and therefore not translated into English.
